01/8/15 Bulgaria’s gorgeous nature These are the seven Rila’s lakes situated in mountain Rila, Bulgaria. The whole thing is an experience. It starts the moment you get on the lift 🚠 where a view of the surrounding mountains hits you like a Cupid’s arrow haha 😄 You can also take a 4x4 to take you to the starting point 🚙 Trekking is always fun when you’re doing it right so keep in mind to take some food and water with you. And don’t forget a jacket! The wind there is freezing 💨🎿 Known for their crystal clear water and amazing views, the lakes can take your breath away! The water is so damn clear that you can see the fish swimming in it! It’s also really cold so don’t take the chance to go swimming even if it’s summer. The deep blue color makes it look like it’s summoning you to enter but trust me - don’t take that risk! 😅 Near the tourist residences you can put up a tent ⛺ 😄 ! You could see the whole mountain slope getting colorful because of the tents! It was so darn beautiful! 😍 The track is long and rough enough to make you feel exhausted but the stunning view which opens up to you when you reach the top is worth the effort, believe me! 🗻 You get to see six of the lakes at once and the last one is right at your back. The feeling you get when you’re at the bottom of the mountain makes you feel so tiny but once you get to the top you find yourself at peace and harmony with nature. You just have to find a minute to stop, look and see. No talking. No taking photos. Just look and see. The view hit me real hard and I’m definitely going there again just to feel those emotions once more 😳 I didn’t wanna leave this out-of-the-world place but I had to come back to reality. This trip was an incredible experience and I’m glad I had the chance to enjoy it. Beauty is everywhere as long as we are looking for it.
